Pricing
What SEO actually costs for home services.
Real plans, real numbers, published up front. If you run an HVAC,
plumbing, electrical, or any home-service shop and you’ve ever
asked what SEO should cost, here’s the answer without the sales
call.
The Visibility Diagnostic is free. Every finding comes with a receipt.
- 90 days to prove it, then month-to-month
- Everything in your name from day one
- Itemized invoices
- Ad budgets paid to platforms, never to us
Grow is less than a fifth of one in-house hire — across three channels.
A junior marketing coordinator costs about $60,000 a year before you even
add payroll taxes and benefits, and covers one channel. Grow is $900 a
month — $10,800 a year. That’s less than a fifth of one salary,
across Google, the map pack, and AI search, and you own every account we
touch. No hiring, no managing, no software to buy.
06 / When the site needs replacing
When the site isn’t worth fixing
Sometimes the honest answer isn’t a Sprint. If your site is too
slow, thin, or locked-in to fix, a ground-up local-SEO site you own beats
patching it. Three sizes, priced up front — a build replaces the
Sprint as your starting point.
Foundation Build
$5,000
~15 pages: home, up to 4 service pages, up to 8 city pages, plus about, reviews, and contact.
Market Build
$7,000
~30 pages: up to 8 service pages, ~18 city pages, and service-by-city hybrids for your home city.
County Takeover
$10,000
45–65 pages: full county coverage, with a quarterly expansion map.
Every build is a platform you own outright, in writing
— no proprietary builders. The Google Business Profile overhaul is
wired in, call tracking and analytics go in your name, and 90 days of
ranking tracking is included. Pay 50/50 or split it monthly; same total
either way. Founding-roster pricing applies here too.
A few engagements don’t fit these tiers — founding partners,
custom scope, or something bigger than a county. Those we scope directly,
one conversation at a time.

The honest answers
The questions contractors actually ask about price. For more, see the SEO services page, or browse all FAQs.
How much does SEO cost for an HVAC company?
For most home-service shops it runs $500 to $1,500 a month, plus a one-time $2,000 Foundation Sprint in month one to fix the site and set the baseline. Where you land depends on your market, your competition, and how many cities you want to win. Most HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops start on the $900 Grow plan. Every number is on this page, no quote required.
Why do you publish your prices when most agencies hide theirs?
Because hiding the price would break the one promise we lead with: every finding comes with a receipt. If we made you sit through a call just to hear a number, we would be doing the exact thing we tell you to distrust. The prices on this page are the prices. You can read them, compare them, and decide before you ever talk to us.
What does $900 a month actually get me?
The Grow plan. Every month you get a new service or city page built, an on-page optimization pass, your Google Business Profile managed, reviews grown and monitored, and 6 to 9 local links a quarter. You also get a plain-language report and an area-wide map ranking check, so you can see what moved. It is built to make the phone ring more in your home city each month.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel?
There is no long lock-in. We ask for 90 days at the start, because the map-ranking benchmark needs that long to mean anything. After that it is month-to-month. If the work stops being worth it, you give notice and you are done, and you keep every account, page, and profile we built. No cancellation fee, no hostage data.
What if it doesn’t work?
We will never guarantee rankings, lead counts, or revenue, because Google and your market decide those, not us, and anyone who promises them is selling you something. What we guarantee is the work. The Foundation Sprint ships every deliverable, verified against live Google data, within 30 days or we keep working for free until it does. After that, the plans are month-to-month, so you are never locked into something that isn’t earning its keep.
Who owns my website, Google profile, and data?
You do, from day one. Every account we touch is created in your name: your website, your Google Business Profile, your analytics, your call tracking. We do not build on a proprietary platform you can’t leave, and we put that in writing. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and nothing stops working. Your marketing should be an asset you own, not one we rent back to you.
Will you take on my competitor too?
No. We work with one shop per trade, per county. If we take you on for HVAC in your county, we turn away the shop across town. It’s the only honest way to do local SEO, because we can’t fight to rank two of you for the same searches in the same place. When your spot is taken, it’s taken.
What is the Foundation Sprint, and why is the first month more?
The Sprint is the one-time build-out that everything else stands on: technical fixes, two to three rebuilt service pages, a full Google Business Profile overhaul, listings cleanup, structured data, call tracking, and a Day-0 ranking baseline. It is $2,000, all itemized on the invoice. Get the same scope quoted elsewhere and you’ll see $3,000 to $5,000; ours is a founding-roster rate. After month one, you move to a monthly plan.
