Pricing

What SEO actually costs for home services.

Real plans, real numbers, published up front. If you run an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any home-service shop and you’ve ever asked what SEO should cost, here’s the answer without the sales call.

The Visibility Diagnostic is free. Every finding comes with a receipt.

No “contact us”

Why the prices are right here.

Most marketing companies make you book a call before they’ll say a number. We put ours on the page. Our whole promise is that every finding comes with a receipt, and hiding the price would be the first broken one. If you can’t trust the number on the pricing page, why would you trust the report?

So here it all is — the first month, every plan, what changes the number, and what you own when it’s done. Compare it to any quote you’ve gotten.

01 / Month one

The Foundation Sprint

Month one is a one-time build-out: the foundation everything else stands on. We fix the site, rebuild your Google presence, and set a baseline so every later result is measured against where you started. Every item ships in month one, itemized on the invoice.

$2,000

One-time · Month one

Get this same scope quoted anywhere and you’ll see $3,000–$5,000. Ours is a founding-roster rate.

  • Technical site fixes Speed, mobile, crawl errors — everything holding you back.
  • 2–3 service-page rebuilds The pages that win jobs, rebuilt to convert.
  • Google Business Profile overhaul Categories, services, photos — the full surgery.
  • Listings cleanup Name, address, phone corrected across ~10 platforms.
  • Structured data install The markup that tells Google who you are, where you work.
  • Internal linking rebuild Authority flows to the pages that make the phone ring.
  • Call tracking + analytics In accounts you own, so you see every call.
  • Day-0 baseline Google Maps rankings checked from dozens of points across your area.
02 / Month two on

Monthly plans

From month two, you’re on one of three plans, each building on the one before it. We ask for 90 days to start, because the map-ranking benchmark needs that long to mean anything. After that it’s month-to-month.

Maintain

$500/MO

Holds your ground. For shops at capacity that just need to stay visible.

  • Google Business Profile upkeep + posts
  • Review growth across Google, Facebook & Yelp
  • Review monitoring + response drafts
  • Listings watched for drift, corrected
  • Monthly Google Maps ranking check, area-wide
  • Monthly report — real data, no filler
Our recommendation

Grow

$900/MO

Grows your position in your home city — built to make the phone ring more each month.

Everything in Maintain, plus

  • 1 new service page every month (2 in your first plan month)
  • On-page optimization pass each month
  • 6–9 local links earned per quarter
  • Service-by-city pages for your home city
  • Monthly call-tracking review — what’s ringing, from where

Dominate

$1,500/MO

Expands you city by city across the county. For shops that want the whole map.

Everything in Grow, plus

  • 1 new expansion-city page every month
  • Cities sequenced by real search volume
  • 4–6 outreach links per month
  • Ranking checks per city, not just home base
  • Quarterly full re-audit
What the first 90 days really costs
Foundation Sprint month 1$2,000
Grow plan month 2$900
Grow plan month 3$900
Total, first 90 days$3,800
That’s the whole number. Ads are a separate, optional add-on once the foundation is holding, and the ad budget is always paid straight to Google or Meta — never to us.

Grow is less than a fifth of one in-house hire — across three channels.

A junior marketing coordinator costs about $60,000 a year before you even add payroll taxes and benefits, and covers one channel. Grow is $900 a month — $10,800 a year. That’s less than a fifth of one salary, across Google, the map pack, and AI search, and you own every account we touch. No hiring, no managing, no software to buy.

03 / What moves the number

What changes the price

The plans above cover most home-service shops. Four things decide where you land, and none of them are a mystery.

01

Market size

A shop in a big metro has more competitors and more neighborhoods to be found in than one in a small town. More ground to cover usually means a higher plan.

02

Competition

Catching shops that have spent years on their sites takes more content and more links than passing a weak field. We tell you which one you’re walking into after the Diagnostic.

03

Service area

Winning one city is the Grow plan. Winning a whole county, city by city, is Dominate. The more of the map you want, the more pages and tracking it takes.

04

Starting condition

A solid site just needs the Foundation Sprint. A slow, thin, or dated site you can’t really fix is cheaper to replace with a ground-up build than to keep patching.

04 / The guarantee

We guarantee the work. Not the weather.

The Foundation Sprint comes with a 30-day completion guarantee: every deliverable on that list shipped and verified against live Google data within 30 days, or we keep working for free until it is.

That’s the only thing we’ll guarantee. We will never promise you rankings, lead counts, or revenue — Google and your market decide those, not us, and anyone who promises them is selling you something. We guarantee the work, and hand you the receipts to check it. The monthly plans aren’t under this guarantee, and don’t need to be: they’re month-to-month, so if the work stops being worth it, you stop paying.

05 / What you own

Everything’s in your name. From day one

The point of hiring us is to build an asset you own, not to rent one back from us. So every account we touch is created in your name and stays there.

06 / When the site needs replacing

When the site isn’t worth fixing

Sometimes the honest answer isn’t a Sprint. If your site is too slow, thin, or locked-in to fix, a ground-up local-SEO site you own beats patching it. Three sizes, priced up front — a build replaces the Sprint as your starting point.

Foundation Build

$5,000

~15 pages: home, up to 4 service pages, up to 8 city pages, plus about, reviews, and contact.

Market Build

$7,000

~30 pages: up to 8 service pages, ~18 city pages, and service-by-city hybrids for your home city.

County Takeover

$10,000

45–65 pages: full county coverage, with a quarterly expansion map.

Every build is a platform you own outright, in writing — no proprietary builders. The Google Business Profile overhaul is wired in, call tracking and analytics go in your name, and 90 days of ranking tracking is included. Pay 50/50 or split it monthly; same total either way. Founding-roster pricing applies here too.

A few engagements don’t fit these tiers — founding partners, custom scope, or something bigger than a county. Those we scope directly, one conversation at a time.

07 / Straight talk

The honest answers

The questions contractors actually ask about price. For more, see the SEO services page, or browse all FAQs.

How much does SEO cost for an HVAC company?

For most home-service shops it runs $500 to $1,500 a month, plus a one-time $2,000 Foundation Sprint in month one to fix the site and set the baseline. Where you land depends on your market, your competition, and how many cities you want to win. Most HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops start on the $900 Grow plan. Every number is on this page, no quote required.

Why do you publish your prices when most agencies hide theirs?

Because hiding the price would break the one promise we lead with: every finding comes with a receipt. If we made you sit through a call just to hear a number, we would be doing the exact thing we tell you to distrust. The prices on this page are the prices. You can read them, compare them, and decide before you ever talk to us.

What does $900 a month actually get me?

The Grow plan. Every month you get a new service or city page built, an on-page optimization pass, your Google Business Profile managed, reviews grown and monitored, and 6 to 9 local links a quarter. You also get a plain-language report and an area-wide map ranking check, so you can see what moved. It is built to make the phone ring more in your home city each month.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel?

There is no long lock-in. We ask for 90 days at the start, because the map-ranking benchmark needs that long to mean anything. After that it is month-to-month. If the work stops being worth it, you give notice and you are done, and you keep every account, page, and profile we built. No cancellation fee, no hostage data.

What if it doesn’t work?

We will never guarantee rankings, lead counts, or revenue, because Google and your market decide those, not us, and anyone who promises them is selling you something. What we guarantee is the work. The Foundation Sprint ships every deliverable, verified against live Google data, within 30 days or we keep working for free until it does. After that, the plans are month-to-month, so you are never locked into something that isn’t earning its keep.

Who owns my website, Google profile, and data?

You do, from day one. Every account we touch is created in your name: your website, your Google Business Profile, your analytics, your call tracking. We do not build on a proprietary platform you can’t leave, and we put that in writing. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and nothing stops working. Your marketing should be an asset you own, not one we rent back to you.

Will you take on my competitor too?

No. We work with one shop per trade, per county. If we take you on for HVAC in your county, we turn away the shop across town. It’s the only honest way to do local SEO, because we can’t fight to rank two of you for the same searches in the same place. When your spot is taken, it’s taken.

What is the Foundation Sprint, and why is the first month more?

The Sprint is the one-time build-out that everything else stands on: technical fixes, two to three rebuilt service pages, a full Google Business Profile overhaul, listings cleanup, structured data, call tracking, and a Day-0 ranking baseline. It is $2,000, all itemized on the invoice. Get the same scope quoted elsewhere and you’ll see $3,000 to $5,000; ours is a founding-roster rate. After month one, you move to a monthly plan.
