This policy explains what information Crewsive collects when you visit crewsive.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Crewsive is a one-person studio building custom websites, AI automations, software, and marketing systems for business owners.

Who we are

Crewsive (“we,” “us”). For any privacy question, email luke@crewsive.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you use one of our forms — the “Work with me” sign-up or the “Free SEO audit” request — we receive what you type, which may include your name, company, website, email address, and industry.
• How the forms work. The “Work with me” sign-up is delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service. The “SEO audit” form opens your own email app to send the details directly to luke@crewsive.com.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host and the services that deliver the page may log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit.
• Local storage. We store a single flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed the SEO-audit popup, so it doesn’t keep reappearing. It isn’t shared and isn’t used to track you.

What we don’t do

• We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

To run the site we rely on a few providers who may process limited data (such as your IP address) on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and visit counts, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking).
• Formspree — delivering “Work with me” submissions.
• Google Fonts — serving the site’s fonts.
• unpkg — serving open-source code libraries.

Each provider has its own privacy practices.

How we use your information

To reply to you, to provide and improve our services, and to keep the site working. We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and do business with you.

Children’s privacy

Crewsive is a service for business owners and is intended for adults (18 and over). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email luke@crewsive.com and we will delete it promptly.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us — just email luke@crewsive.com. You can clear the popup flag any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always shows the current version.
