Crewsive is a one-person studio. When you hire it, you hire me — Luke Van. I design the site, write the code, run the SEO, manage the ads, and answer the email. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work, because there is no one else here.

What I actually do

I build the machine that gets a business customers: a website built to convert, SEO that gets it found and cited, ad campaigns measured against real revenue, and custom AI automation that does the repetitive work so you don’t hire for it. Most of my clients are home-service trades — HVAC, electrical, and their neighbors — plus photographers, e-commerce, and events businesses.

The receipts

I’ve lived in the Portland area my whole life, and the work stays close to home. I run the reporting and ad systems for a Hillsboro HVAC company with 430 five-star reviews — the Crewboard portal is that build. I shipped a photo pipeline that published 1,551 photos in one unattended run, and a portfolio site the photographer curates himself without ever calling a developer.

How I work

• Founder-direct. You talk to the person doing the work. Same day you email, usually.
• You own everything. Your site, your rankings, your ad account, your data. If we part ways, it all stays yours.
• Measured against revenue. Reports show what the work produced, not vanity metrics.
• Month-to-month. The work has to earn the next month.
