Case study · Custom software

The whole business on one screen.

Elevate Heating & Cooling is a busy HVAC contractor, and their numbers lived scattered across a stack of tools nobody opened together. I built Crewboard: a private reporting portal that pulls jobs, estimates, sales KPIs, lead flow, and ad performance into one live dashboard the whole team runs on. It syncs itself every morning, so the numbers are already current before anyone logs in.

The Crewboard dashboard: a dark operations console with a revenue trend chart, a jobs-completed count, an accounts-receivable donut, and tech-revenue tiles. Dollar figures are blurred.

01 / The work

Every channel, in one place

Leads come from everywhere: organic, Google Ads, Meta, Yelp, referrals. Crewboard pulls them together so it is obvious where the work is actually coming from, and what each channel is worth, without exporting a spreadsheet.

The Crewboard marketing view: leads-by-channel bar chart, a Google Ads versus Meta comparison, and a revenue-by-channel trend. Revenue figures are blurred.

02 / How it was built

It updates itself before anyone asks
